As an investor, you want to grow your portfolio first wide (number of assets, total property value), before you grow it deep (de-leverage, equity). 

Keep learning and growing...

The area is growing significantly, and thus has what I believe is long term appreciating potential. 

Why not continue to grow your portfolio but look for investments besides condos?

@Roy Gottesdiener - I am not familiar with the rental market with Kings Mountain specifically, but there is grow happening in that area with the building of the Catawba Two Kings Casino. 

Also some great markets in NC, and NC is growing tremendously. 

I'm going to have to check out Pickelball soon, I used to really like playing tennis growing up but currently way too out of shape for that much running so Pickelball sounds pretty interesting!

I have 10-15 years till retirement so want to grow now and will focus on cash flow at that time.
