If they are manufactured in a factory then you have to go through the State Manufactured Housing Division if the State has one or if you are working with a manufacture that builds these then all you need is to work with a General Contractor for the foundation and the hook ups that would need to be required.Tiny Homes are in the smaller range of Modular more on the apartment size homes, other modular homes range from 1200 sq. ft to 5,000 sq. ft or more.

It's the same lender, just the commercial division.

We have a construction division that we developed out of our Property Management company.  

Our management division offers tenants incentives such as a small referral fee should a new tenant, whom they recommend, pass muster and replace them.

My wife is accepting a position with a company in Phoenix that will require her to move to the area for about a year and help establish a new division to the company.

The education will cost you about $500 and another $200 or so to take the tests and register with the division of real estate.

If someone hanging their license with me is operating illegally and/or unethically, or even hints at cutting corners for their own benefit, I will not hesitate to send their license back to the Division of Real Estate.

First of all, if you raise their bile, they could complain to your state division of real estate and make life miserable for you.Second of all, nurture the agent and make an ally, if you can.  

Also, call the Chamber of Commerce in the area and talk to the economic development division and find out what is going on in that market, are they adding jobs?
