My buddy and I grew up playing sports, saw each other just about every other day, had experienced deployments together, and even experienced great loss together when our third co-best-friend crashed his motorcycle in front of both of us and died in our arms. 

In areas such as southern California where we have perfect year round weather, all of the Forbes list companies have offices, high tech, low tech, manufacturing, medical centers, universities galore, amusements, sports venues, zoos, beaches, etc. there is ALWAYS going to be a high demand, thus higher prices.

I’m gonna start off house hacking a duplex here in nh but hope to someday get into some STRs in some areas with mountain bike trails/ski resorts especially some of the less known ones that may be up and coming or that people really into the sport would know.

You pay more for basically the same education and pay more for the prestige of the degree based on the schools reputation, contacts with peers and staff, it sure isn't based on their sports programs (LOL).I'll leave the topic now and let the folklore be told, here they come!

You should see what is happening downtown for yourself everything from 99.9% occupancy rates, new business development, world class chefs, casino, lake, river, beaches, millennials are moving into and staying  within affordable downtown, major sports, new convention center and much more - its really AMAZING!!!!

Currently, I participate in softball, golf and pickle ball – at least two of the 3 sports 6 days a week.

I can rebuild a sport bike motor from the ground up (I have in the past) but that doesn't mean my time doesn't have a highest and best use.
