I love this philosophy — and Paula’s material — because it’s very positive.

My modern philosophy on this is that the world is changing faster than these guys can keep up and that scares them. 

Again, that's why my example shows how someone with a lower income can out perform a higher income earner over the long term based on their philosophies with money and obtain a higher networth. 

When the Fire Commissioner promulgated his "let it burn" philosophy on vacant structures in Detroit back in 2012, it caused even greater pause for the insurance industry, as well. 

I love this philosophy...

This philosophy has changed my life, and I apply it to everything. 

If they don't.... well if you read any of my other things on PM I speak of my philosophy of management called an "Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove", the soft approach doesn't work, than it's all Iron Fist, and I mean that in the most tyrannical ruler means possible, the only measure I have stronger than that is when I call up the lawyer which we refer to as "The Hand of God" because thats the level of destruction she can bring down. 

My philosophy is that house hacking is just enough complexity where you'd want to reach out to a CPA.

My personal philosophy when it comes to degrees: the annual salary for the job the degree qualifies you for should be equal or greater to the cost of the degree itself.
