A 3 unit with a home in the rear just sold @ tax lien auction for $45k. but we passed because of the high tax assessment & rehab $$$.However, we own several such configurations & one we bought (divorce) was not even listed as 2 homes & there is enough back yard & separate back-lane entrance to add yet another home.But what we are seeing is older homes having their garages blown out into in-law suites with the upper being attached to the upstairs as a master with an ensuite.
