If you use a property manager that further helps.As for series llc documents, yes the operating/company agreement would have the series llc each listed or amended to it.  

So often times you will either have to amend the OA post close to reflect the true structure (not every lender likes this, and it's best to be honest).

The full legal name of the entity (not trade name/dba) is used on title documents.Rather than forming a new LLC I would consider amending the articles of organization for the existing LLC and renaming it.
