Or, if the new ADU could only be accessed by walking right by the window of every bedroom in the house, that might make things weird..but, if the new bedroom/ADU would be off on its own with plenty of privacy, separate from most traffic, then that could work out great...

As for me, even my supervisor did not know I had been diagnosed with this and was undergoing this treatment (my radiation was scheduled for 7:30 each morning and since the center was around the corner from the hospital I worked at I was at my desk by start of work at 8 am).The point is while you might respect her privacy regarding her current medical status (and she is, of course, under no obligation to give you the details), it would be useful to know what "treatments" are being discussed here.

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 4) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 5) this is related to the value added by the ADU, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.
