How many deals have they bought.It seems every time I run across these guys (not the two I mentioned specifically, I mean 'these guys' in a generic sense) it's always some group of people who are trying to pool money together or use OPM to make a deal happen.While how many properties, or the value of your RE isn't a pissing contest, I would want to know that before I gave someone $10k to "mentor" me.

The MLS land use code is just a generic designation and the "00-Vacant Residential" is a County Assessor designation.

I'll begin by saying that "judgment recovery" is a rather generic term, and although I perform various services related to the term, in NO way do I promote myself as a judgment recovery business.Why?

Most of their content is generic real estate investment hype with the typical buzz words applied.

@Christopher Mooney- HELOCS are relatively  generic  from one lender to another ...check terms ...margin...indexes ..maximum ltv and cltv  allowed ...interest only payment  terms ...overall terms ....prepayment  options .   

I believe if you are a BIGGERPOCKETS Pro member there is a spot somewhere on the website where there are generic lease forms for each state.

I would be willing to share mine but its pretty generic and not necessarily specific to the state of FL. 

Or just the generic checking/savings account?
