Maybe go to Best Buy since they stock all the major phones from the various carriers.

A work around though is to email pics to phone numbers using the wireless carriers unique email address for each phone number.

Many insurance carriers will not insure them due to the risk they pose especially  with the overloading most houses have on them.

@Mike Conner more and more insurance carriers are providing coverage for STR properties. 

If both units are in the same building and situated on the same parcel of land, they will need to be insured with a single insurance carrier.

It also keep your insurance carrier happy knowing that you require it for your tenants.As for Homeowner vs Landlord policies, the big difference is the first covers personal belongings and the second does not (or the coverage is very limited). 

While we have rarely done it for our clients, I don't foresee much of an issue adding the PM as an additional insured as long as your carrier is agreeable to it.
