Is it possible to do a double close but have the seller sign their papers in the morning ,then do signing of papers with buyer hour later and then have seller come back at a later time in the day to receive their money?

@Scott Skinger I'm glad you posted this, I've noticed lately the agents seem to have no idea what they are putting in the OM and the actual numbers, tenancy, and condition of the building are nothing like the building on paper.

A lot of these homes are older and your on paper 2-3% rule can easily disintegrate with capital expenditure and/or eviction/turnover.
