So it is out of consideration for an already overburdened system, and to not make things worse, we quarantine for a while and NOT go to sporting events, music festivals, restaurants etc. because it is the country's obligation to treat those who are critically ill whether you like it or not.

@Tom Goans any chance you would be willing to pass along an example of the look out lists you've composed prior to inspection?

My PM communicates to me that the tenant takes very good care of the property (music to my ears a tenant who wants to stay long term and cares for the property.)

You can't even find a vacant space for retail or office space any more (we've been scouring for our office, but no luck) but there are some good sized new mixed use buildings going up, Bethel music is remodeling another building for producing gospel music (one of their songs is actually up for a Grammy) etc.
