Hand address your letters, add a distinctive mark in the return address, use a different color pen or use an unusual font if printing labels.

It's nice to see a GIF in these forums too, there's seems to have been a distinct lack of them...

J Scott - I think it would be good to read back through the thread beginning in last October where you make a distinction that way too often gets blurred - including the last few comments.

I see similar distinctions  in employment discrimination cases too.
