It's a townhouse in Miami Beach (very hot Airbnb destination but where illegal Airbnbs can be fined $20,000 per violation).  

User friendly STR rules and a growing hi demand destination location close to Nashville.Currently working with Avery Carl on (potentially) acquiring an STR in the Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge area.I like certain areas of Texas.

But that does not mean you can just have a random property in a random city that does not see a lot of destination travel and make 10k a month any more.Also as someone who clearly looks to increase their net worth by investing in real estate. 

I'm not familiar with New York, but the tourist destination areas really make a killing.

Are there any websites that will give us the data on top AirBnB/VRBO destination with Average bookings, number of people visiting these destinations, occupancy percentage, cash flow a year etc?

So I would advise to look for a more southern tourist destination. 

Tourist destination/hiking and skiing/venues, etc.
