I like this MightyText because it works through my cell phone number which other services are linked to.

I suppose I could leave in the instructions to type in my number in the Gate Box, which would then call my cell phone, and then I can open the gate for them remotely.  

Never need to worry about someone getting locked out again if the door access code is the last four of their SSN or the last four of their cell phone number...
