Cameron Chambers Investing IN and OUT of the GTA
26 November 2020 | 4 replies
If you have the ability to work from home and only have to commute 1 or 2  days a week into the GTA then it would probably make a lot of sense to live outside of the GTA.And you also have to consider others in your family - if you have a spouse - consider their opinion too.Perhaps a great way is to to take an airbnb for a month outside the GTA and try doing the drive for a month and see if you are good with it or if it drives you crazy and you realize that you really want to live closer to work.Either way, as long as you are owning the Real Estate, it will be a good decision.

Almost every time we let a friend ride a quad runner they have some sort of accident where they thrash our quad runners and sometimes we have to rush them to to a hospital in Las Vegas.I can write all day about several accidents people had, but to make this short I only want to say that it is super strange how people you think have perfect control of a quad runner have accidents after they have a few days of experience and most of the accidents happened when people were going perfectly straight on a straight trail or road and they flipped a quad runner and could not explain in any way what happened.I have a plumber friend who purchased 2 $13,000 jet skis about three years ago and he said he was going to get other people to pay for his jet skis.
