My agent doesn't seem to be familiar with working with estoppel agreements, so I'm hoping I could get some insight from the BP community.Here's some quick background info..one of the units is vacant but the other unit (3bd 1ba) has 3 tenants that have been living in there for over 3 years and when I did the initial walkthrough the tenants look very....settled in (they are a bit messy and I'll make a separate post about that).

I believe there to be a difference in a warzone atmosphere (which definitely discourages tennants) and honest people who are messy and don't appreciate what they have.

I think this is a good possibility and am looking to somehow secure our willingness to pay that right now.Because of the messy abstract and potential bankruptcy (I'm just guessing here and have no details), I don't feel that trying to negotiate this through another agent (who so far has exhibited no familiarity with the property) in a short-sale scenario will get us any closer to that goal.Any insight greatly appreciated.Wm
