I'm currently an active duty Nightstalker in the Army.

On 7/1 ARM, I am getting around 2.5% on 4plex and 2% on 8plex. 

I drove a truck for a few years and then joined the army.

I have a similar background, having spent 13 years as an Army officer and becoming a broker in three states over the last six years.

The aggressive suppression and resulting stored fuel is the main cause of large fires: https://www.propublica.org/art...We need to burn more to reduce the stored fuel to historical levels. think about 200 years ago.. the native indians did their own versions of controlled burns.. and lightening fires happened every year all over the west.. 

It does not require an army to defend it nor the expenses of such army. 

Current refi terms are: 25 year amortization, 6.00 interest rate on 10/5 ARM. I

We have 70 Fortune 500 Companies in El Paso, Fort Bliss (the largest Army installation in United States Army Forces Command), Manufacturing, and will be home to the new Amazon fulfillment center 2021. 

It's in Seminole (though technically in unincorporated Pinellas), close to the water (Tampa Bay) on an aquatic preserve, and about one mile from the beach at Indian Shores.It's a great piece of property.
