Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs and Soiux City are great.

The equivalent for a real estate investor would be to buy an entire city (and run the city council) in order to have full control over its growth and expansion.  

The council is doing a great job with upgrades such as the overpass on the city side of the hathaway bridge (which currently has a very active train track and red-light causing tons of traffic), banning alcohol on beaches during Spring Break (this makes businesses hold more family friendly retail items which cleans up their look and act) and the addition of the new sports complex on the east end which will bring in youth sports teams and their families year round. 

The city council is trying to diversify and bring in more industry but this is an extremely long term 10-20 year plan with no guarantee.

The economic development council is outstanding.  

I am seeking every bit of council I can find as I AM going to create a business that is sustainable, repeatable and successful.

It's a tricky situation, but I wonder how or if it will be handled by the CREA or the RE council of BC.
