Truth is most laypeople think all real estate investors are the same and all scammers.Some people have a superiority complex, but as long as you conduct yourself with integrity there's nothing wrong with investing regardless of which niche you choose.

I don't know about where you are, but I've yet to see anyone fork over the $435 filing fee for my county's superior court, plus attorney hours because they got a letter asking if their property was for sale.

I am in awe for the superior wholesale knowledge that happens on BP.  

So it doesn't matter what they could fetch on the open market because they cannot market their property there.I bought a house from a Superior Court Judge who told me he knew I was going to flip the house and make 60k, more than doubling my money.

But I guess you know that.The money is made by becoming a superior marketer.
