It turns into a win win for both sidesMy point is look at other avenues to find leads Me too  i will do zero interest loans on my OREO.. and or just flat give it away for a write off.I dont personally deal with the wholesale crowd  it simply to much work there are some that understand the game but its become very over saturated and they are just cannibalizing each other.. things could shift when they spend money to get deals and cant spin them.. buying and controlling your inventory to me is the way to go its what we have always done..
