Hi,What are your recommendations for robust apps to manage a single family or small (1 to 4 door) multifamily property? 

I realize it's an odd request but I wouldn't want smoke/alcohol to detour anyone from participating, at least until we have a better feel of the group?

Run a bead of silicone, then mist it lightly with rubbing alcohol before smoothing with your finger.

The rental market is robust so pulling 5k on a 4br home is not out of the realm.

If the insured does not have sufficient personal liability insurance in excess of $300k and a $1 million dollar plus umbrella policy or if the insured lives in the property a more robust DP policy will be in order along with the umbrella and flood policies.Individual HO-4 policies will be needed for each tenant but that is the responsibility of your tenants. 

These new profiles will replace the current company system with more robust profiles that are interactive, and which do not require approval from our admins/mods.That said, there are a few important things I want to bring up:1 - We're looking for beta testers for the new companies system.

I know Hemlane software has the call center option built-in but I went with buildium because their system was just more robust. 

If you have a direct mail budget and a robust off market campaign to source deeply discounted deals, then yeah, you can buy below retail.  

Real estate wasn't even a thing on my mind.. just girls and alcohol.

Also consider upgrading to more robust materials at your next remodel.
