So I just wanted to do a shout out to the mods who keep cleaning up the forums.

BTW the mods removed a post of mine not sure why, it was the one where I mentioned my strategy and that I was getting 5500 for that apt.

I have been threw Armando montolago classes and I have put offers out had three excepted and lost all three due to lenders backing out at closing after giving them all money up front before closing and now out of money and no lenders in sight [SOLICITATION REMOVED BY MOD]
