Austin -- a four hour plan flight?

But I am open to all ideas.To get to the basement you go down a short corrider, then a flight of stairs and there is a ton of space and carpeted rooms, but there are no windows.

I am curious how the landlords on this site will handle tenants whose jobs are going to be impacted by all the conventions being cancelled and hotel rooms being cancelled and flights being cancelled etc etc.

There are lots of low cost flights along the west coast also, making it relatively easy to come home to see the family.   

Dosn't mean your going to get a good deal, or make good money or better money or anything, unless your willing to up and move to what is a good market but even then you will be new and just as clueless as if you just got on a flight and went there to check things out. 

Being able to drive in a day is better than paying for a flight and a rental car, hotel, etc., whenever you need to go to your property in person - to self-manage.  

You cannot claim your time or flight out there.I like Nathan's feedback for putting a judgement on them.

Wow, Honolulu just a short flight away...Yes this looks like a great place to learn and meet like minded people.
