Other way is Limited Partnership or Fractional Ownership--similar to time share --Need good attorney who knows --Securities and Fund Raising laws.

Bank deposits are but a fraction of their exposure (because of leverage / fractional banking) - they are and will continue to hoarde money and hold on for dear life.
