Places like gastropubs, yoga studios, art galleries, trendy coffee shops are all pretty good signs I think. 

Don't think for one minute they are not going to push you to buy expensive protein powders and yoga classes and continued expensive training sessions.

Just like the Morris's now retreat to blame the investors for not owning it.. 

Foreclosure volumes have retreated to pre-recession levels - or even lower.

And most of all, credit retreated from the risk involved in business and went into mortgage. 

Think of it like a ranch/retreat where Pastors and their families can get away for a few days to recharge and focus on themselves and their spiritual and mental health.The Hope would be to split all investment profits 50/50 between the two.

Two owners simply want to give the land to me because it is remote off grid raw land worth little (but alot to my Christian art retreat expansion for the aesthetic quality of the land) that they don't want to pay off the tax liens on. 

Perfect for studio classes, yoga, coffee shop, etc with office space upstairs.

Obviously right now its not like it was 10 years ago.. and who knows even in a down cycle that could mean just no more appreciation and prices settle to a mild re treat on valuations.

What I am curious on, is for those of you that are in the same place I am, which is firmly believing that the Denver housing market is overpriced, and is due for a flattening out after next year, and in some areas, like small multi-family is actually heading for a price retreat over in the next few years, what are your next moves?
