You guys have taken massive action in two years and you should be proud of that.

As a licensed contractor, I’ve worked with expediters and know how essential your role is. 

HvAC guys, plumbers and electricians are busy but licensed so no huge risk especially if you pull permits and have work inspected.

We've gone through 3 in about 4 years' time.  

Here is my two cents: When hiring a contractor for substantial renovations, start by researching local licensed and insured contractors with solid reviews.

I've added a few things for very minimal cost that guests really love and increased revenue ~34% year over year.

•If your real estate broker’s license allows you to handle evictions, advertising low-cost eviction services can be one of the best lead generators.
