@Debbie Welch- thanks   1) if you hvent already adddressed this - make sure your lender and also the HOA  is  OK with the business plans  you have  for the unit  2)  if you  use  your  VA  elig to buy a future property - you  will need to  complete a  refinance of the  property  to a conventional loan  if you  want to be able to  re use the VA loan for  property  #3   4)  once you move  from the present  primary home and  if you have the HELOC  maxed  out  - you  will have a tough time to   set up a  new  HELOC   on a property that  doesnt  have  much  equity  in it

@Debbie Welch- welcome ...congrats  on the condo offer being accepted .... make sure to  pay attention to the  resale cert / budget and CCRS  to amek sure there isnt any litigation / pendng  assesments  or  any  buget shortfalls  ......if  using a lender for  financing - make sure the lender  gets the  approval on the  complex   completed aa well ...good luck

Actually, there was on by / about Jack Welch. 

Not sure this is much different than jack Welch university...not sure if they take a cut but might be a recruitment tool for companies who need middle and upper mgt.
