It's really hard to wash out all emotion. 

It's funny that people complain about low paying jobs, but nobody wants to be a plumber, electrician, machine shop, welder, or other high paying jobs.

Anything is possible, but being successful as an agent under 30 is incredibly hard, because clients usually don't pick agents that are much younger than they are.Always sail with the wind, it is easier.Getting into sales at a young age is a great idea, but I think you'll find it much easier (and make more money) doing something where your age is not in your way like flipping couches, washing driveways or selling lawn services.

So my tenants  told me they have been emptying the washing machine into the sump pump past 6 months (As opposed to in the shower. )several circuit breakers stopped working and the electrician just told me It’s because  because the sump pump circuit breaker shorted. 

My lender just informed me that my seller concessions exceed the relevant closing costs (including points buydown) and that the money left over will be a “wash”.

We are doing individual room rentals it’s a 6,000 sq ft nine bedroom home Things I have heard to include besides basic items are air fryer insta pot tea kettle vacuum sound machine black out curtains and full length mirror We do plan to add a sauna, exercise equipment and possibly a hot tub.
