Growing up a musician, I somehow find almost a weird parallel to that world... almost like different musicians mastering their primary instruments... but also picking up new instruments along the way... and crossing-over genres, over the years... and so on.But anyway, lol.

So if you have connections to influencers, television, athletes, producers, and musicians that could make use of a higher-end property consistently, you may have an advantage.

I am a musician as well.

A musician friend in LA bought into Realty Shares and likes that hands off freedom when he is in studio or on the road.  

Having paid-for properties is just about as close to mailbox money as you can get (what us musicians call our royalty checks) in the investing world.
