If the EMF level is extremely high, it can actually make people have visual  and  auditory hallucinations.

Apparently, some of the kitchen cabinets don’t have doors; the water heater was actually red-tagged (need proper venting) and the PM feels the steep driveway is a big deterrent.

Since it’s mostly visual.

They're probably quite a bit different and hard for me to visualize our geography is probably  quite a bit different. 

Then work on getting some more rentals (maybe even get an asset based line of credit using this paid off property - the note itself will act as a deterrent) and build more wealth before spending time and resources on LLC.Here is another "rule" - the "2% ASSPRO or CYA rule" - the cost of setting up and maintaining your asset protection should be less than 2% of equity you are trying to protect.
