I don't buy things that often (i.e. buying a new gadget or clothes every few weeks) and know that I'm able to save a decent amount, but I don't actually know how my money is being spent.Blocking 30 minutes each week to review the previous week and plan goals for next week to make sure I am on track to meet my monthly goals.

There  appears to be more house flipping gurus making  tours of the country offering FREE house flipping talks at hotels  including meals and free gadgets.  

The only real issues I found out about through that and from talking to a neighbor was that part of the back basement wall had collapsed at one time but that was repaired and that there is a radon gadget installed.

The house I'm looking at in foreclosure up for sheriff's auction next week has one of those gadgets coming out of the basement with some kind of fan/blower.

We have had reports of them vaping on the property which violates our lease2.

(Whatever answer they say, mentally in my mind I always know there will be at least one other "adult" there)Do you smoke....anything....vaping, MJ, cigarettes, etc.

Smart thermostats, cameras, Wi-Fi gadgets can help you keep an eye on your property and even let you know there is a problem developing.

Other ground floor retail condos are all occupied such as a salon, Fedex store, vape shop and this cafe that I'm talking about.  

We are conditioned from birth basically to grow up, get a job, work hard, put your money in the bank and save it, buy the newest and latest gadgets, buy a house/car, etc.

I just bought this interesting gadget to take some video and pictures of the exterior of my rentals but having trouble using it.
