Economic growth and hiring are unlikely to speed back up again until vaccinations are more widespread and the pandemic peters out.

Now they have vaccine, they don't buy the bond like before and they stopped financing the investment rental so at very least the FTHB will not compete with investor like us.They're basically avoiding three crises simultaneously.

Driving the neighborhood isn’t really an option for me as I’m out of state and unable to travel due to COVID until I finally get vaccinated and can safely travel again (a few months out yet).

Just not taught in school, or by anyone around them.I believe that the prices of homes will level off and even fall a bit, once Covid is largely conquered in the next year or two, as people become more comfortable with the idea of letting other people walk through their home once they're vaccinated, when they choose to sell their home. 

I drove by Ellis county for my vaccine and it looks like growing quickly.
