I’m still undecided on how/where to buy my 2nd property.

I am looking into Albany, Schenectady, and undecided about Troy.

Pros/cons on owning a rental from a distance.Maybe I should just keep renting when it comes to a vacay house, I'm undecided but appreciate your feedback! 

I am undecided whether using a HELOC against my current rental property or to refinance with cash out to fund the buy of a second rental.

My husband and I are excited to finally be purchasing our first multifamily REI property and feel pretty confident financially but are undecided on which market location to start our journey.

I have an agent that's helping me already, but I'm also undecided on whether I will self-manage or hire that out so any recommendations for property managers or any other BRRRR related team members in the area would be appreciated.

I've only talked to a couple of accountants/firms and undecided if I should just go the DIY route.

My main desire to understand, is if the benefit to take out the loan is worth it against paying the taxes on the rental income has taxes.If we go the loan route, the secondary investment is still undecided but that would just be a bonus.Anyone have a good thought on the tax savings side?
