Who's fault is the fine,, yours,, figure out if the whole fence is necessary.. does it add or detract from the property.. what's it hiding.. it's harder to mow around and get trimmed so unless it's worth keeping.. might be time to take it down part or all of it.

Think how much you know about remodeling so far, whether you have tools, a truck, and how deep you can go (anyone can paint or clean but sheetrock, trims, windows, sewer line... electrical and plumbing often require permit).

Initial Landscaping clean-up is complete.In the back...weeded dumping area is gone, Ivy trimmed back, leaning tree in rear is gone and all bushes trimmed.The Stumps on the side have been removed from area where we need to add access for door on 2, dogwood trees in front pruned (looking good!)

There are some skills that I suggest every homeowner learns in order to avoid high repair bills (in order I usually do them):-Fix minor roof leaks & repair siding/exterior-Fix water supply leaks with compression fittings or hose clamps if needed-Install lights, replace bad receptacles, switches, or breakers-Install electric water heater if needed-Fix subfloor & sturdy up framing if needed-Fix/replace windows/doors/glass and install locks-Drywall/mud, brush&roll paint-Install floor (floating/tile) and cut/install trim-Install toilets/sinks/cabinets/faucets-install mini split units if no functioning ductwork

We have been getting the place ready for rehab and there was significant intrusion of vegetation etc and to preserve the integrity of the roof, siding and fascia trees and vines need to be trimmed/cut.
