I'd recommend a "Templates Folder" that has templates for common used docs like leases, notices, advertisements for properties.I actually just did full video on my Google Drive set up over on my YouTube channel :)

But if you look into their marketing, socials, Youtube, IG, past sales record on Zillow and stuff you can see if they really are in the investment space or if they work with traditional homeowners.

It also has some other limited property management features you can test and see how you like.I actually just made a whole video about this over at my YouTube channel :) 

For example there is one guy who is very popular on youtube who tells his followers "I won't take you seriously and won't teach you anything until you set up an LLC and start a business".
