Big Bear will get much more foot traffic.

One has 3,000 and the other has 17,000 vehicle traffic.  

If you're thinking about renting out when you're not around, I'd advise using a short-term rental strategy, the numbers are strong and it's a lucrative market.The attractions there range from zip-lining, white-water rafting, and wineries, there's even more to discover, which is what's driving more traffic to the area and it has truly become a great destination spot. 

lol this is no longer 1995 ,  by having open house every weekend potential buyer could just visit the property without even a buyer agent. especially in market with price above 700k and home for sell per zip code is less than 5 , there would be lot of traffic without even buyer agent, if buyer want to buy and have no agent the listing agent can take it all

I didn't get any more reservations with Evolve and I was driving a lot of traffic there myself via the Nextdoor App, Facebook groups, etc.  

I see a lot of traffic on FF for 2/1s, so we hope that will be really good to also MTR, or even LTR. 

Eugene can be a great STR market as the UofO brings a good amount of traffic, and there aren't (currently) any regulations like those in a lot of vacation markets.
