The walls can't be cracking and 1990's beige when you installed brand new hardwoods throughout.And, while new cabinets and counters and appliances are nice, if they are not well laid out, or you jam an island into a space that does not allow for stools to be pushed out, or the oven door to open because it hits a cabinet pull, that new kitchen is meaningless.

(I bought it for the land with intentions of removing the trailer and building tiny homes on it to air bnb) I understood that I was responsible for any back bills or liens associated with the properties, I was ok with that.

I'd look for signs of arcing around those outlets.Other things I look for are how is the foundation, cracks in the walls (assuming lath and plaster), condition of the mechanicals, depending on what the house is built on, I may get a radon test done for the air and water (near me there is a lot of ledge, so radon is an issue in most homes).
