Real Estate is more emotion than anything. 

I'm aware of both the ADA laws regarding service animals and FHA for emotional support animals.

When I say fire fast - do not get emotionally attached to the contractors.

We get that your father is going through a lot emotionally right now, and he just needs a breather to let logic overcome his emotional response.

As a smaller investor, it's great to do all the data analysis with widely tracked metrics, but its also refreshing to hear the emotional and experiential data points from fellow investors as well.

Don't get emotionally attached to a property you tour.

I would even entertain a temporary/contract job to show income.
