Aloha, In a market where the sale-to-list price is 97.9%, homes sold above list price is 18.7%, and homes with price drops is 51.4%, I’m exploring how to respectfully submit an offer with a 30% to 50% discount on the listing price.Beside from the following actions, are there any additional steps I can take to ensure my approach is considerate to both the seller and my agent?

There’s a good chance that if lender finds out of property transfer via title records, insurance policy beneficiary, bank account submitting mortgage payments, they’ll assume that John Smith formed a trust to own title and will not flag the file for any action.

They charge a flat rate of $600 per $1M in price.My local association and MLS combined is about $1,600 for the year.The only thing that I really miss is having access to the NAR forms or your local state forms, and the software to fill them out so easily, with Glide.com or Zipforms. etc...
