@Sandra Ho, It sounds like you are talking about late payments on their credit report for things like credit cards, car payments, student loans, etc.

A lot of medical students/medical professionals are looking for a cheap place to stay in the area.

A college student getting an engineering degree should consider different approaches, even if he decides to deploy some/all of the inheritance in real estate, than a high school dropout working a minimum wage job. 

And a lot of start-up companies are migrating to this city as well because of the OSU campus that has thousands of talented students graduating and looking for positions locally.Everything that’s going on here in Columbus is attracting investors and other businesses from all over.

These quit early propagators don't tell the "students" that nothing in real estate is actually passive other than syndications and you still need to crush the due diligence to not get taken for a ride.

Of course the gurus selling courses who also own LLC creation companies won't tell their students any of this.  

Mike, I can't tell you how much I agree with you.I also work at a college, and when I do exit paperwork for graduating students, I see that thier emails are still [email protected] and they wonder why there are no jobs out there!

The safety is descent and the tenant pool tends to be a mix of young professionals, families, and students.

I currently live in Barcelona but am interested in investing in the West Texas and DFW areas, particularly in student housing, single family, and/or multi-family properties.
