that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

Hopefully those that stayed on the sideline until the 'time is right' will start underwriting specific deals and recognizing path of progress opportunities that offer multiple operational and exit strategies.  

For short-term rentals (STRs), the 100-hour rule may be an easier path.

If staying in the deal isn’t ideal for you, an equity buyout by your partner or another investor could be the simplest path.

However, we’ve had great success with a straightforward approach: 'talk to the lawyer.'

To the professionals it seems like nonsense because a loan is straightforward.

I speak for many on here that i value straight forward info and transparency.

That feels like a great resume and a good path someone could follow who wants to get into syndication
