Guns, ammunition, survival gear, freezer full of prescription meds stockpiled for the end times, chickens, swords, a motorcycle, car and truck, taxidermy, sex toys, drug paraphenlia, and even a house that was completely spotless except for the one-gallon baggy full of marijuana (I threw it out).

Since then I have been saving up to create a stockpile of funds to start deploying on cash flowing and/or appreciating assets. 

We paid it off 3 years ago and have enjoyed stock piling money and becoming debt free but now we are eager to get into the business of real estate investing.

You can roll the cash flow back into the properties to build equity or stockpile to buy your next deal (BTW....you can do both, pay down the loans in order to build equity to be able to borrow for your next deal!).

Is there anyone else in expensive markets like Oakland, San Jose, San Francisco, Manhattan / NYC, San Diego, or Los Angeles that is using the stock market to grow their cash as they stock pile it to deploy on future real estate purchases?

You could ReFi and stock pile CASH.
