Very rare to have anyone that can speak to lending on gas stations or warehouses or all of the other things that fall under "Commercial".  

Currently on the lookout for duplexes or triplexes in the vicinity of College Station.

Anyone able to provide some insight? I found a good duplex deal but not sure if its a good area. thanks

I'm now stationed in Colorado, and I definitely wouldn't mind spending two weeks in Destin every year in the off-season. 

Others will use the local gas station bathroom and shower at the gym.

You can also get signs and put them up in the areas that they can use, and maybe put one of those doggy bag stations.

I recommend considering locations near Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport.

There are specific cities/areas that seem more promising than others (such as Orlando, Jacksonville in FL, and Midland/Odessa, College Station in TX) but I'm finding it hard to pick one market to then resume my search for the right neighborhood and specific property.
