Rates are starting to trend down and home prices have hit a little bit of a standstill. 

Now everything has come to a standstill.

If not, then their construction comes to a standstill. 

There have been a plethora of opinions and heated discussions surrounding this topic, which unfortunately leaves newbies like me at a standstill.  

I’m not sure if I’m taking on something to big to soon or have false expectations about the whole little to no money down lingo Not saying I don’t believe David, Brandon, Rob nor any of the other people on here, we are at a stand still because its unclear what I’m not understanding what routes to pursue.

I'm sorry you have to be in this situation where there is an open project that seems in a standstill over red tape.

With the economy at a standstill there is a massive spike in missed payments, missed rent and unemployment.

Unless they can sucker other people into investing they are at a stand still.

Nobody in my immediate family was active, so I was kinda at a standstill.
