I think people suffer poor management, get non paying tenants in and then find they don't have the money to do the maintenance and rehab to keep good tenants in place, they lower their rents and their standards and things spiral down until they just let it go.  

Hi @Rick Bassett, Glad to hear you're moving forward rather than continuing in what seems like a downward spiral of a situation.  

Someone on here did a spiral staircase indoors that looked awesome.  

Works for the county as a social worker.I think that this started as one small personal charge here and one personal charge there as a form of unofficial payment for handling the association's business and then spiraled out of control once the charges had gone unnoticed.I have only looked 6 months back.

renters do not care about energy efficiency. they hear the buzz words and nod. but no one cares.we put the spiral bulbs, program thermostat.i will not buy LED's until they are cheper than spiral. soon.....

I heard the new owners then spent millions fixing up the place, which had deteriorated pretty badly over the years.My takeaway conclusion is letting a property go through a downward spiral only encourages that downward spiral to continue.

I wouldn’t ordinarily do this but She’s pretty destitute so I had the ( stupid) idea I’d give her my Christmas ham that I receive from my w2 job each year since I only like spiral honey Hams. when I went to my triplex  to my dismay I saw where she had slithered  into the basement and confiscated all three  snow shovels and was keeping them to herself in her unit but when questioned she was a adamit they were all hers that she bought -all three lol I just shook my head ,laughed to myself how I got robbed by a little old lady ,and remembered why I don’t give out gifts !!
