I've sold homes with basement walls caving in, water spraying, and spiders larger than the cave scene in Lord of the Rings. 

My curiosity was piqued but not enough to open a vein and try it out.

My spider sense is going off on this and I would guess there are some more issues under the hood that can likely been seen with a little more of a trained eye regarding this borrower and her current loan and chance of a new loan.

I have to tell you, my spider sense just shoots off when I think about this one.

CO alarm , they called the fire department at 2 am  and emailed me (the fire department explained it was a spider web).

Another problem I've had with window a/cs is that it was difficult to seal the window well and sometimes water would seep in during big rains, and sometimes bugs and spiders would get in.
