I have been in property management for 20 years, almost 3 years ago I moved to Birmingham AL to start my investment journey.

I'm going to try leasing the place out myself again, but if I'm struggling, I will hire property manager. 

SDIRA has been extremely accommodating in the setting of an eviction that occurred because the manager that they previously used neglected to tell them.

@Brian Glasser is a solid agent/project manager in KC and has done dozens of BRRRS himself there.  

Unfortunately, over the 11 months he has lived there, he has only managed to pay the rent on time once.

But, you already know that having property management experience.

I do have some investment experience and I'm currently managing 1 property, all the numbers are great and there's a good amount of cash flow and long term growth so I'm not a total green horn. 

She doesn’t need local family to manage it. 

Wrong Property Management ApproachIt doesn’t matter how good the people who are doing the property management are, if they are not using a property management approach designed for co-living, everyone loses.  

If you're in it for the long run you'll learn that management makes a good investment into a great investment.
