Fix your cabinet with the missing door, remove the stickers from the mirror and window, close the toilet lid, sweep and mop the floors, use a wide-angle lens, and take pictures from an appropriate angle. 

Next steps are to put down a roll of plastic to prevent moisture or wet floors. 

Not interested in installing new flooring or new windows.

Then go for a rug that mixes those colors together well (you also really need a coffee table to fill the space and something vertical like a floor lamp to help balance out the different window sizes.)

So thankfully with the help of my mentor and his crew of Six, we were able to complete all prep and are amidst our final pass for sanding floors before our water-based polyurethane. 

My contractor has gotten impatient waiting for him and has started taking matters into his own hands (he did the jack hammering of the floors which my plumber said had "complications" and would "take forever to get through"). 

A complete overhaul of the kitchen and bathrooms, including cabinets, countertops, LVP flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures.

Both bathrooms need a complete remodel as well as the kitchen, the ceiling in 2 of the bed rooms are bowed (previous roof leak that was fixed) so new ceiling drywall, appliances, flooring, and paint throughout.

This followed after a 2X overflow of a tenant on a first floor that flooded his bathroom using a portable washing machine and flooded the basement apartment.

The longest delay is the floor plans.
