If you plan on expanding on this particular model and adding things like sensitivity analysis or any type of simulation then I'd back track a bit and create separate input screens that then feeds your actual model.

@Jackie Lange Thank you so much for the rundown on the foundation issue and to @Joseph Weisenbloom for the reality check.I didn't do a good job of communicating that as I'm abroad for the time being, I'm just using the data at my finger tips to do simulations and practice the math.

Just run a ton of simulations off of zillow in your area and find what numbers can work.

I always assumed they have different title insurance companies that they write through.Even if you have trouble finding a title company to allow the simul close, you can just use transactional funding and make your closing on the A to B go through with a wire from your one day loan.
