Someone that knows the ins and outs of doing a project like this in the city you want to do it.

I’ve been using platforms like Investorlift and FlexMLS to break down deals and run the numbers, and I’m always looking for ways to optimize my strategy.Right now, I’m particularly interested in South Carolina as an investment market, and I’d love to connect with others who have experience there.

I like doing business there.
